Our members are the heart of Ribbon Riders. They selflessly contribute time, energy and hard work to keep our organization running smoothly and help those in need. But, it's not all work, we get to have lots of fun too!

Most Memorable Ride: Any road without traffic lights and no speed limit
Personal: Married 15 years to a great guy who also rides a 'busa. One brother and two sisters who ride.
Interests: Besides riding with a great group of women or my family, I enjoy sewing, going to movies, working in my gardens, camping and running with my two great danes

Riding Experience: Riding since 2010. Started with Honda Shadow 2007, loved her. She brought me on one of my most memorable rides. A 10 day motorcycle trip to and from the New England States with 6 other Ribbon Riders in the summer of 2011. What a fantastic way to see home again. The memories will last forever and so will the life time friends I have made on our trip. When I got back to FLA I bought Rootie (With the help of my departed dear friend David Dye) a 2011 Deluxe Softail. Looking forward to many many more trips. Still can't get the smile off my face!
Personal: My baby sister is a fighter with breast cancer. I have two beautiful daughters, very handsome son in law, and two very handsome grandsons that I am not old enough to have. Two very cute, love-able, adorable... forever puppies.. Jeffery and Max, both Yorkies.

Riding Experience: Rides- 2009 Softail Deluxe. Riding for 8 Years with over 75,000 miles logged in the saddle.
Most Memorable Ride: have several Memorable rides, but I'll share just 2 for now: #1. Riding my own to Milwaukee for The Harley Davidson 105th Anniversary 2008. #2. A 10 day train and motorcycle trip to and from the New England States with 6 other Ribbon Riders in the summer of 2011. As Lisa would say "We caused a stir everywhere we went".
Personal: Mother of 4 Awesome Sons. Grammy "K" to 2 Beautiful Granddaughters & 2 Handsome Grandsons. My Mother "Doris" is a 11 year survivor of Breast Cancer

Most Memorable Ride: Any ride is memorable
Personal: Married to David and have 1 son and 2 stepsons. Grandma to 1 granddaughter & 3 grandsons. My stepmother, Jean, was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2007 and is now cancer free at 82
Career: Vice president/bookkeeper for the past 17 years for a plastering contractor in Orlando
Interests: Riding my motorcycle, breast cancer awareness, hanging out with the greatest ladies in the world, any kind of crafts |

Most Memorable Ride: Summer Trip 2007- attended Myrtle Beach Bike Week, Rolling Thunder and Laconia Bike Week, all within a month.
Personal: Florida Native. My Aunt, Elfreide, is breast cancer survivor.
Interests: Spending time with my wonderful family, fabulous boyfriend and Ribbon Riders, promoting breast cancer awareness, traveling, attending motorcycle events, web design, photography, yoga, snorkeling/scuba diving, hitting the road for a nice ride to "no-where" |

Riding Experience: Riding since 2007. My first bike was a 2003 Honda Shadow with custom paint. From there I upgraded to a 2004 Fat Boy in 2008 and just recently purchased a Street Glide - finally...a radio and locking saddlebags!
Most Memorable Ride: On my own: Riding the "Tail of the Dragon" and "The Snake" with great friends. My absolute favorite ride (even though I was on the back) was riding the Pacific Coast Highway in California from Half Moon Bay, north of Bodega Bay and into Wine Country. The scenery is a breath-taking and crossing the Golden Gate Bridge on a motorcycle is absolutely amazing!
Personal: Married to my best friend Matt. We have 2 "kids" with four-legs and furry paws.
Career: Project coordinator for the Power Industry.
Interests: Spending time with my family and friends, saltwater reef aquariums, riding my motorcycle, traveling. |

Riding Experience: My husband has always ridden motorcycles and I started riding with him in 2004. Breast Caner made me realize what I was missing! We have a red 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad Cruiser. Anytime we ride in FL it becomes an adventure. We loved riding in the TN, SC and north GA Mountains though. We tamed the Tail of the Dragon in 2009!
Personal: I am a 10 yr BC Survivor and Ribbon Riders is a great way for me to pay it forward. I lost my friend Laura to BC in 2008 (see her story in our new book). My husband and best pal, Robert & I have been married over 30 years. We have a daughter, Jennifer and four cats. Each of us has one sister. I'm originally from CT and he from OH. We've been in FL for 36 yrs. My folks are close by and we see them often.
Career: Accounting Manager
Interests: Riding with my husband, puttering in my house or yard, collecting southwestern stuff, traveling, shopping, visiting lighthouses and wineries, BC awareness, attending MC events, spending time with friends and family. We also support The Russell Home, St. Jude's and the USO. |

Most Memorable Rides: HOG Posse Ride in 2007 – cross-country from Wilmington, DE to Portland OR. Other favorites - Rolling Thunder 2008, our all-girl Iron Butt in September 2009.
Personal: Married to Bob for 19 years.
Career: Financial services industry

Riding Experience: I am the proud new owner of a Can Am Spyder. I still can't get the smile off my face!!
Personal: As a 15 year survivor I love being part of Ribbon Riders! My mother is a survivor but my younger sister lost her battle. I joined Ribbon Riders to help assist anyone in need and the members are so motivaed and friendly!
Personal: I'm divorced with 3 children, 2 grandchildren, and 3 step grandchildren. Life is great!
Career: I work full time as a nurse case manager. I'm a patient advocate in a changing Medicare system
Interests: Spending time with family, Travel, motorcycles, bicycling, church function, bowling, beach days! |

Most Memorable Ride: Riding Skyline Drive and Blue Ridge Parkway, Front Royal, VA to Cherokee, NC then back to Orlando, FL. Riding 10 days in Southwest AZ, NM, CO and UT. What beautiful country!
Personal: Lee is my man, met in 1991, married since 2000. He rides a 2007 HD Road King. With his support and patience, I learned to ride. I have a son, Billy, a step son, Pat and a grand-dog, Layla.
Career: In banking for over 20 years.
Interests: Riding anywhere/anytime, family time, going on vacation, going to the beach, shopping, arts and crafts, aerobics, dining out and all holidays. |

Riding Experience: Rides 2011 Screaming Eagle Street Glide. Took the rider's edge course summer of 2006
Most Memorable Ride: First long distance trip to Alabama leaving on a Thursday when it sunny and 78 degrees, then cold front came through; rode home on Sunday when it was 22 degrees.
Personal: Married to Phil since 2001 who also rides, 2 Step-adult children (Matt and Jessica) and proud G'ma. Matt rides a 2009 Street Glide, 3 brothers who all ride; known as Aunt Stacey to many. Can't forget I also have Fur children too.
Career: Leave of Absence Case Manager
Interests: Spending time with my Family, making new friends, discovering new back roads and taking time to enjoy the old ones. |

Riding Experience: Ride a 2007 50th Anniversary Sportster. Riding my own bike since September 2009 but have been riding with my husband since 2002.
Most Memorable Ride: Riding with the Ladies of Harley to Deleon springs as this was my first independant ride.
Personal: I am a Florida native, I am a mother of 2 son's of whom I am very proud of. I am married to a wonderful husband who is also responsible for my interest in riding a motorcyle. My mother, her sister and my fathers sister are/were all survivors of breast cancer. My mothers Great -grandmother also had breast cancer.
Career: Adjuster for an Insurance company.
Interests: Spending time with my family and friends, riding my motorcycle, Breast Cancer Awareness, Music/Art festivals, the beach, exploring new places. |
